Not because we didn’t matter. But because everything else felt more urgent.
The truth is, prioritizing ourselves does not mean abandoning the people we love or the responsibilities we carry. It means finally including ourselves in the life we are building.
When we prioritize ourselves, everything changes. Our boundaries shift. Our standards rise. And our life begins to reorganize around what we actually love. We no longer just exist, we begin living!
